I placed an prepaid order online 2526960 for three trousers on peterengland.com

Delivered on 8th December 2016 – 2 items

However on 8th December i received only 1 items and the invoice also received was for 1 item only. Attached the invoice

I raised complaint # 00016065 on 9th December 2016 to help@peterengland.com. I have attached the invoice which clearly shows only 1 item delivered on 8th December 2016 instead of 2 items.

On Complaint # 00016065, customer care asked me for 5-7 working days time.

After that I contacted them again on 15th December 2016 for which they said they have escalated Complaint # 00016065 to warehouse and logistics team.

I contacted them again today 27 December 2016 for the same Complaint # 00016065 and they have no clue about anything.

Its been more than 27 days since order number 2526960 has been placed and i havent received the 1 item missing or yet to be delivered.
