Complaint Details:
Delivery of car schedule to 10:00 am of 10th of october 2016. Unfortunately when we go to take delivery nobody knows about our new car delivery. Kitni behas ke baad hume afternoon 2:00 pm delivery mili. Itni myskulo ke baad ek to delivery mili and later on rto work me bhi documentation me problem dealership has not submitted papers properly for this reason we have to rto twice-thrice as if like we are free for this only and wonderful thing is at dealership nobody knows who do the work for rto. Wrongly entered chasis number in rto so we get number pate after 2 months of delivery i. E. After completion of 1st free service. And one more thing till date we don’t receive feedback form from navjivan. “is this the service we are getting from navjivan” moreover we are getting fake call by the name of hyundai and conveniencing us to give better rating for hyundai and apolizing on behalf of navjivan. Below mention are number from which we are getting fake call 93231 81999.
It’s a totally harassment case. There no such kind of follow up also after 3 month of purchase regading service or for any legal documents, it’s us who have to follow up for our own papers.
